The Star Trek: The Original Series U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 Stamp & Coin Cover is a highly affordable option for fans of the popular cult TV show.
Since its debut, Star Trek has developed into a cultural phenomenon with a range of spinoff television series and a number of feature films being released over the past five decades.
With the ability to travel at speeds surpassing the speed of light, the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 was one of the United Federation of Planets’ most famous space-exploration vessels.
The coin’s reverse depicts a coloured representation of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 travelling through space. The design includes the inscriptions STAR TREK, THE ORIGINAL SERIES U.S.S. ENTERPRISE NCC-1701, and The Perth Mint’s traditional ‘P’ mintmark.
Affixed to each envelope is an official Australia Post $1.00 stamp. Each stamp is postmarked for the first day of issue and the envelope includes Australia Post’s Seal of Authenticity.
