and the unique wildlife of Australia.
The 2026 Australian Citizenship coin portrays the Commonwealth Coat of Arms, accompanied by the
words AUSTRALIAN and CITIZENSHIP, and year-date. The design also incorporates The Perth Mint’s
traditional ‘P’ mintmark.
The coin’s obverse bears the Dan Thorne effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the monetary
denomination. This coin is issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965 and has an
unlimited mintage.
