The Avatar film series, directed by James Cameron, transports us to the breathtaking yet perilous moon of Pandora, where ex-Marine Jake Sully embarks on a journey of discovery, love, and the fight to protect his new home. Guided by and ultimately falling in love with Neytiri, a courageous Na'vi warrior, Jake embraces the ways of her people and joins their struggle against the destructive forces of the Resources Development Administration (RDA). Together, they lead the Na'vi in a rebellion to defend their land and way of life. Years later, as Jake and Neytiri raise their family, the threat of human occupation resurfaces, forcing them to once again risk everything to safeguard Pandora's future.

Neytiri design

The coin's reverse features a coloured portrait of Neytiri beneath her name in blue lettering. Also included on the reverse is the official 'AVATAR' logo, and The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark. The obverse design includes the monetary denomination and 2026 year-date alongside the Jody Clark effigy of H.M. King Charles III.

Australia Post stamp

The official $1.70 Australia Post stamp features an image of Neytiri from the 2022 film Avatar: The Way of Water. The words '16 DECEMBER 2025 · BAYSWATER VIC 3153' appear above the 'AVATAR' logo, and 'NEYTIRI' beneath it, forming the official postmark.

Presentation envelope

The themed envelope features Neytiri as presented in the first Avatar film with Jake Sully in the background. Neytiri is holding her hands out to a Woodsprite, a seed from the Tree of Souls. Also included is the official 'AVATAR' logo and the inscription 'NEYTIRI'.
