The specially designed envelope includes one $2.20 stamp, featuring Rolf Harris's famouys portrait of Her Majesty. A second 60c stamp depicts BRian Dunlop's stunning 1984 Royal portrait.
Both stamps are postmarked 5th April 2011 first day of issue.
